SME4Labour Drinks Reception with Asian Trader Magazine

About the Event

This reception will bring together key figures from the political, business, and retail communities to discuss the vital role that convenience retailers play in the UK economy. Nationally, 75% of all convenience stores are Asian-owned, rising to 95% within the M25 and other major conurbations. This event will provide a platform to highlight the importance of their contributions and the need for supportive policies.

The evening will feature a selection of fine drinks and canapés, alongside short speeches from prominent speakers. Topics will include the Labour Government's commitment to shop worker safety and the potential implications of the proposed Tobacco and Vapes Bill on convenience retailers.
