Rule #1- Stay at home to stop coronavirus spreading and protect or NHS

Rule #2 - wash your hands with soap and water often - do this at least 20 seconds

Rule #3 - use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available

Rule #4 - cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze

Rule #5 - put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards

Rule #6 - try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell

Rule #7 - DO NOT touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean Stay at home Protect the NHS Save lives!
